Introducing LeeAnn of Charmed Confections

Good Morning!  It's time to meet another Folkart & Primitives Etsy Team Member, we're please to introduce LeeAnn of Charmed Confections!

Here is what LeeAnn has to say on her "About" page in her Etsy Shop: I have been sculpting for about 8 years now - in one medium or another. However, I have been crafting and creating all my life. I am proud to say that I come from a line a very creative women artistically. Sculpting mostly in paperclay these days, my new found love, it is my dream to create pieces that collectors will treasure forever ... Pieces that will become a tradition to display in one's home. Some of my favorite holiday memories are going to my Grandma'a, Mom's or Aunt's house to see the same holiday artwork displayed that we have enjoyed, treasured and grown up with over the years. It is like a good receipt in your family - you know that it will be there on the table each holiday season, waiting for you to enjoy! I want my artwork to bring that kind of pleasure and wonder to the collector - truly a Charmed Confection!

Got Spider Bites? These Spider Bites are the good kind. Look at this sweet, little confection. They fits perfectly in my hand and will look absolutely darling in your Halloween decor. Their little head is only 1" big made from paperclay, but there is a lot of character! Cupcake measures 4 1/2" wide and 5" tall and is made to look real from my own receipt - complete with Halloween baking paper, faux cake and beautiful, faux frosting. The purple colored frosting is rock hard, but looks so delicate with it's frilly scallops. The cupcake has been sprinkled with tiny candies, glittery embellishments and then dusted with mica glitters. Candy Spider Bite's legs are handmade out of polymer clay to look like real candy. It has been glossed to give it a yummy look. Sugary Sweet all the way around! Just the way I like it! Spider Bites are a true Charmed Confection!  See more of LeeAnn's work on Pinterest.

LeeAnn's Favorite materials are PaperClay, Polymer Clay, Vintage Trims and Papers, All things related to Halloween, Unique Baubles and Sweets for the Eye. Visit her Blog to see the newest offerings available in her "Sweet Shope" of Whimsical Folk Art!
