Ribbon Wreath tutorial

Good morning!! Anyone freeeeeeezing yet???

I thought I would share with you today a tutorial on how to make a ribbon wreath.
I love wreaths, I think they can make the home
so inviting.

I have seen such wonderful wreaths around, but I wants to find a simple one.

One that I can make in a few hours with hopefully supplies I already have.

So I found this one online.

Isn't it so cute!!!I even like the colors. So here we go.  What you will NEED for this project is the following items:

Materials

  • 12″ metal ring
  • 72 feet of 1 1/2″ wired ribbon (24 inches of each pattern in Christmas colors)

Instructions

  • Tie about 36 bows.
  • Put all bows on the metal ring but use bows made of different ribbons after each other.
  • Now you need only a hook to hang the wreath.
NOW...unless you are an expert at making bows you may have to practice a bit BUT look how wonderful it will be.
The one above was made by  Monica Ewing at  www.shelterness.com   Hope that you enjoyed this cute little wreath tutorial.
