Recipe Tuesday with FAAP featuring PUMPKIN BREAD

This time of year, everyone yearns for Pumpkin Pie for Thanksgiving.
How about having some Pumpkin Bread anytime of the year.
This recipe makes 2 loaves and is very moist.   Freeze one loaf for later on.

1 cup canned pumpkin
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 1/2 cup sugar
3 1/4 cup flour
1 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350.  Mix all ingredients.   Pour into 2 floured and greased pans.  Bake for 1 hour or until done.   Check after 45 minutes for doneness.
